WARRANTY & TERMS
New Horizons Aircraft Ignition Repair (Seller) warrants to
Buyer that new PMA Products manufactured and sold by
Seller will at the time of Delivery be free from defects in
material or workmanship. If discrepancies in Products
arise, Buyer is to notify Seller immediately in writing.
Products must be returned for full inspection and
addressed to Seller’s Quality Control. After inspection is
performed at Seller’s facility, Seller will deem the needed
replacement or refund of Product.
Ignition Harnesses produced by New Horizons Maggie Ignition Systems come with a 500 Hour or Twelve (12) Month Warranty, whichever comes first. All warranty returns are subject to our discretion.
This warranty does not extend to any unit altered outside of our shop. Nor does this warranty extend to labor charges for removal and/or replacement of the unit, freight charges incurred, or any losses incurred by grounded aircraft.
Restock:
All harnesses must be new and not installed and will be subjected to a restock fee as below:
$125 for a full harness
$65 for a half harness.
8130-3 Forms are provided with applicable orders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We certify that the parts listed are new (not surplus) and have been manufactured and inspected in accordance with applicable drawings and standards and that these parts meet those drawing and standard requirements. Documentation of this inspection and traceability is on file at New Horizons Aircraft Ignition Repair.
